Getting started

Create an account and an organisation for your company, or accept the invite a colleague sent you.
Create a model (like invoice), a group, and grant the group what it needs. Add yourself to the group.
Create a personal token under Tokens and try it: curl -H "Authorization: Bearer oa_pat_…" https://oneapi.cloudcircus.com/api/v1/whoami/

Common questions

My token gets 401

The response's error says why: the token is unknown, revoked or expired, its user left the organisation, its application is disabled, or (sso_reauth_required) your organisation requires signing in with Microsoft or Google and you haven't recently. Sign in to OneAPI with that account and try again.

My token gets 404 for a model

A model you have no access to at all is answered as if it didn't exist. Ask an owner or admin to add you to a group that has it. 403 means you can use the model, but not that operation.

An invite didn't arrive

Check the spam folder. An owner or admin can open the invite under Members & settings, see whether it was delivered, send a copy to another address, or get a link to hand over.

Deleting your account or organisation

Owners can delete their organisation in its settings, which deletes everything in it at once. To delete your account, email support@cloudcircus.com from your account's address.
